About this event
As part of the Stirling Ramadan Programme 2026, we are delighted to host a community iftar at the University of Stirling.
This event brings together students, staff, families, and members of the wider community to share the experience of Ramadan in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Attendees are invited to break their fast together with a home-cooked meal, generously prepared by members of our local Muslim community. There will be plenty of food for everyone, served in a relaxed, friendly, and respectful atmosphere.
The iftar is open to everyone; whether you are fasting or not, Muslim or non-Muslim. No prior knowledge of Ramadan is needed; just come along and enjoy good food and good company.
The programme is delivered by Forth Valley Unity in collaboration with the University of Stirling through the BeConnected programme, with support from student societies across campus.
